This glitter polish is packed with super fine cosmetic grade glitter in a red jelly base. It requires 1 to 2 coats to get the full coverage you want. To get all that gorgeous sparkle out of it, like Dorothy's slipper, add one (1) to two (2) layers of top coat to create a smooth finish that sparkles amazingly 😁
